Wines
Our wines come from specially selected wineyards. They are all produced in ecologically sustainable way, many have organic certificate. We are also able advice you which ones are vegetarian and which are vegan- most normal wines are not either!
What makes wine organic? It is produced without synthetic fungicides, herbicides and fertilizers. The end product does not contain cocktail of man-made chemicals, the staff that bad hangovers are made of. So it is great for the environment and good for you too!
What makes wine vegetarian? There are many animal based products that are commonly used in the process of making wine for example gelatine(cows/ pigs), isingglass -made from fish swim bladders, chitin- made from crab shell, casein-milk, albumin from egg whites. Vegetarian wine have casein and eggwhite based products but no other animal based products.
What makes wine vegan? Vegan wines use none of the ingredients mentioned above.
