About Us

 Northern Lights is Scandinavian bar and restaurant in the heart of Brighton. In true Brighton spirit we are established and run by a group of friends. We are living and loving Brighton, but also getting a bit homesick so we decided to bring a bit of northern light into our adopted home.

So we are an independent bar doing our own thing , a real alternative to all the chain pubs & restaurants now dominating the town centre. We bring a piece of Scandinavian lifestyle to Brighton – our food, drinking culture, music, arts, winter sports. So what does all that mean? Basically it means open hearts and open  minds with a warm welcome and a place you can feel free and  be yourself. That’s the Northern spirit – that’s Northern Lights!
