NORTHERN LIGHTS - SCANDINAVIAN BAR/RESTAURANT

Welcome to Northern Lights!

We are situated in an old fisherman’s cottage in the heart of the Brighton South Lanes, just around the corner from the seafront. Northern Lights offers you a selection of Scandinavian dishes from open sandwiches to sauteed reindeer. You are also welcome to pop in just for a drink, we have over two dozen flavoured vodkas to choose from along with other Nordic favourites like Akvavit and Gin Long Drink. Our coffees are freshly ground, organic and fairtrade and you can enjoy it with a piece of freshly baked homemade cake.

 Northern Lights is also a party venue! Our upstairs room is perfect for parties of all kinds, you can book it for festive 3 course meal or bring your own DJ and have a all night birthday party. Occasionally we use our upstairs room for live music (see news and events). During the daytime the room can be used as a meeting room, we have wi-fi and projector available. Hope to see you soon!

New opening hours!

During winter season we open up at 5pm, except on Fridays at 3pm, Saturdays at noon and Sundays 3pm.

Closing time is at midnight during the week, 2am on weekends. See you soon!
